\nOn Thursday, July 12, 2007, Phil\u00c2\u00a0Henry was painting a house in German Village.\u00c2\u00a0 While painting a dormer on the third story, the ladder from which Phil was painting slid, causing Phil to fall onto the first floor roof and onto the ground, landing on his head and back. Unfortunately, the impact of the fall has left damage to his spinal cord, causing paralysis from the\u00c2\u00a0lower chest and below. Oswald And The Herringbones are happy to officially reunite for the first time in 12 years, in order to help Phil with his medical and financial needs!
